I LOVE this place 🥰 they treat them like family and you can see the love . I’m a returning client my lab use to come here all the time he’s name was comet 🤍 now I bring Milo and he’s warming up to all the fun and joy 🙏🏻😍
This place is amazing! They take the best care of my pup and are great at sending over cute photos of her. She’s my handful, but they’re happy to take the load off and get all her energy out before coming home. The staff is friendly, and the check in and out process is simple and fast. Highly recommend!
Absolutely 10/10 experience. I boarded my cats & dogs at this facility (none of my animals have ever been boarded) and they all were extremely happy at the end of their stay. My dogs played from 9-5 every day and truly, they aren’t happy at home without their 9-5 play days. My cats were extremely catered to, they are fed with a lot of additives and one of my cats gets pilled every day - the staff had NO issues catering to their food needs and pilling my cats. I received daily pupdates and pictures reflecting how happy my animals were. Seeing my pups on the cameras playing SOOOO hard was extremely helpful in putting my mind at ease. Please bring your animals here, the staff at the front are amazing, asked all the right questions and made notes of anything important. Cat room staff made sure they knew every step of the feeding process for my kiddos to make their stay easy, dog staff made sure my pups were comfortable before going back…. Literally no complaints! I was very happy with my experience and would recommend this place to anyone. The staffs photos definitely made the experience a whole lot better. Love this place and will ALWAYS bring my pets here, no where else!
PetSuuites did a great job taking care of our two pups, Charlie & Kacee. They listened to our concerns with boarding them, addressed our concerns and did a great job in taking care of them. We were able to view them while we were away and they always were well cared for. We will board them again with PetSuites if the need arises. Thank you PetSuites San Antonio Airport!!
Omg, I cannot say enough good things about this facility. From the daycare to the grooming, my dogs are SPOILED to the utmost by staff. We have utilized countless groomers in San Antonio and have been disappointed each time but not with Pet Suites!! Do yourself a favor and ask for Lorelei!! She is the best groomer in Texas!!
