Our pets all enjoy being boarded at PetSuites. We've used multiple locations & all have been superb. Only problem is the newly shortened hours of operation (used to be open until 7-8 PM depending on location) & I wish they would bring that back.

Absolutely the best place with the best team of people. They always kept me informed and kept me updated. I will definitely bring my pet there again in the future. Having a piece of mind while you’re away is totally awesome.

Fantastic staff that seem to genuinely love pets and love their jobs. Our two sausages love visiting their canine and human friends at PetSuites Sharonville for training, photo and event days, and pampered boarding and grooming. We love this place!

I’ve taken my dog here twice and he is always so excited. This last boarding visit I decided to get him groomed upon leaving and it was the best decision. The groom was attentive an cut him exactly like the photo I gave her.

They BUTCHERED my dog. He literally winces when I’m touching him right now because the RAZOR burn on my DOUBLE COATED Aussie hurts so bad. If you look at the pictures, I only show one side of his head, behind his ear where they shaved him with clippers. That is because he is only shaved on one side. Do you go to a hair salon and only cut one side of your hair and leave it at two levels? NO. His stomach has a hole in it from where I assume the blade they were using was too short and left red patches on him. I don’t care if you’re a new groomer or have 30 years experience, EVERYONE knows not to shave an Aussie. I am now having anxiety that my poor 2 year old aussie will never get his soft baby hairs back. You can’t tell me you thought this was okay enough to send home. Shame on you.
