This ws my first time visiting Phalcha coffee and I loved it. I got the buttery iced latte and it was amazing. I loved it so much I got one to go ❤️ The coffee was incredible. And I say that's sincerely especially since I'm a coffee snob. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very inviting. I'm a big plant lover and pottery fanatic and their aesthetic was comforting and inviting. I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

Phalcha Coffee Shop is truly one of the best locally owned coffee shops I have been to in many years. That statement carries extra weight coming from me, because I am a former coffee shop owner myself and I know firsthand what it takes to consistently deliver quality, creativity, and great customer experience. Phalcha absolutely nails all of it. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a place that genuinely cares about the craft of coffee. The drinks being made here are second to none. Every cup is thoughtfully prepared, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. You can tell the baristas take pride in what they do, and that passion shows in every handcrafted drink that comes across the counter. The variety of drinks is impressive, whether you’re someone who loves a classic coffee done right or someone who enjoys trying unique and creative flavors. The flavors are bold, smooth, and incredibly well-paired. Nothing tastes rushed or thrown together — everything feels intentional and carefully crafted. This is real coffee craftsmanship at its finest. If you are ever in the Louisville area, stopping at Phalcha Coffee Shop is an absolute must. It’s the kind of place that instantly becomes a favorite after just one visit. Between the quality of the drinks, the creativity behind the menu, and the overall atmosphere, it stands out far above many other shops. I was genuinely very impressed, and that doesn’t happen often. The atmosphere, food and service was spot on. The staff are really friendly and are efficient with their work. The food was delicious and will definitely come back. Their coffee flavor is really good and one of the best coffee I have tasted. For someone who is keen to have a good tasting coffee and food, you have to visit their shop.

I got the iced coffee flight! Super delicious! My two favs were the Ube and the butterscotch lattes. Least fav was the strawberry rose. I also got the almond croissant!! It was the flakiest most delicious almond croissant I’ve ever had!! My friend and I shared the caramel apple waffle. We were not crazy about it. The waffle was really hard to cut and the flavor was not what we were expecting. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great!!

Wonderful experience at Phalcha Coffee! Limited seating inside, but we went at 10am on a Saturday so it was packed (as expected). We still found a table and enjoyed our coffee and waffles. Waffles were VERY good. Coffee flight needed to be dairy free, which they could do, but they do charge extra for other milks. Overall, it was a great time being here.
