I was at Belfast and went in Phase Eight for the first time. I was not expecting a store as good at that. It was beautiful and the staff there were so nice. I got some dresses but wow they are beautiful, Thank you Phase Eight.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Isabelle for her assistance yesterday. Isabelle went above and beyond great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. I left Phase Eight delighted with my purchase. Highly recommend this Store and Isabelle in particular. Many thanks.

From the moment I made my appointment and walked through the door of Phase Eight I was treated like a Queen by the lovely Isabel she was so very helpful providing lots of options and accessories I left with my MOTB dress and I’m absolutely delighted many thanks x

Phase Eight store in Victoria Square. A huge thank you to Karen and her staff for making my visit so easy and enjoyable. Karen's expertise and enthusiasm helped me so much and , despite dealing with other customers at the same time , she made the whole experience feel like a one to one. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience in store today. I was helped out by Anna - nothing was too much of a hassle for her and she was determined to find me an outfit for my graduation. She was so friendly and welcoming and I left with a perfect outfit that I can’t wait to wear :)
