I’ve been working with Megan Lockhart and the Philadelphia Catering Company for a few years now, and they are truly one of my favorite teams to partner with. Megan is incredibly easy to work with. She is super organized, responsive, and always on top of every detail. She makes even the most complex events feel manageable and stress-free. The food and service are consistently fantastic, and guests always comment on how great everything is. Their team runs smoothly and professionally. What I appreciate most is how collaborative they are. Megan and her team genuinely care about the success of the event and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs perfectly.

Jude Sime was a delight! She was responsive, friendly and made the whole process of ordering super easy and left you with confidence that all would go smoothly and it absolutely did!! They were on time, set up was perfect and professional! Would totally recommend and use them again!

They are cognizant of your budget constraints and work with you to find the best menu for your event. Their attention to detail - including no charge seasonal decor - is the icing on the cake. I have been using Philadelphia Catering professionally for over 20 years, and they have always done a phenomenal job. Yesterday, we had an event, and they provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The team is always professional, attentive, and makes the entire catering process seamless from start to finish.
