The attorney declined to take my case, which is understandable. However, they mentioned they would recommend another attorney and never followed up. Communication could be improved, especially when clients are already under stress.

My case was settled over a month ago and I still haven't seen $1 of my settlement. I've called, emailed, and texted multiple times and no one has explained to me where my money is and why I don't have it. Apparently, everyone has been on vacation for over a month. I gave medical expenses and young children, yet I'm having to beg DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS for my money to take care of my family that they already have in their posession. This is not professional behavior, is unacceptable, and borderline illegal.
