I had a bad experience with a previous roofer and engineer. I was not able to pass inspection to get my windstorm certificate due to a previous shoddy roof job. I found Phillips roofing through a Google search after calling about 5 other roofers and engineers to help me who were unsuccessful. Jeremy and Mr. Creek were as solid as they come when it came to helping me with my situation. They were super down-to-earth and upfront with me. They explained everything to me gave me my options and did everything they said they were going to do in helping me get my roof fixed and certified. Super friendly, helpful and reliable I cannot thank them enough. Definitely need more businesses like these. Way to set the bar high Phillips roofing!

Amazing experience with Phillips Roofing! They came over and found multiple issues with my roof, they took photos and quickly gave me a quote within 20 mins. I agreed on their price and they said they would get to it as soon as possible. But man!! I did not expect them to do it so quickly!! The next day I got a text with after photos of my newly repaired roof. They offered fair pricing, with a super quick turn around, all while keeping great open ended communication with me throughout the process. I will be using this company in the future repairs.

I am so happy to make a contract with Greg and Philips team for reroofing my house, I got my quote in 2022 and we planned to do the job in summer 2023, Greg and roofing crew Miguel showed up as we scheduled to start the job. The scope of work was a big around 8,500 sf shingles. The schedule and cost completed as we planned. They worked 12 hours non stop in four days with 8 crew sizes in order to meet the limitations weather forecast. I was very worried about the rain , hot and windy conditions in July month but they did the job at the hardest time. Cleaning after work completion performed as they promised. Warranty and insurance inspection guarantee received in the same day job complete. Thanks again Greg , Albero Gutter and Miguel roofing team ✅ Now I am at peace in mind whenever it's raining. Greg and the team came to the rescue at my house to finish the exterior envelope project abandoned by a previous contractor. Phillips Roofing went as far as to adjust pricing for me as the previous contractor had walked off after 3 weeks of work 10% completion and more importantly 75% of the contract price. Phillips went above and beyond what normal contractors do and gave me a fair price to finish the work. If I could give 6 stars I would - they completed the project in 4 days, with a two man crew. A feat the other contractor’s crew of 6 couldn’t do in 3 weeks. Professionalism at its finest! PS They also referred me to an excellent painter who is finishing the work as we speak (another 5 days later and a 2 man team)
