these folks are bad news. poor customer service, arrogant owners, and if you ever got close enough for them to think you werent looking? they will trash talk even the people they hirein front of guests and clients. Would hate to hear what they say about their clients behind closed doors if this is how they talk about others in front of their clients. You never know who you are hiring, until you do, and one of your guests complains that the people you hired were incredibly rude, disrespectful. will not engage with or hire them again.

Had a few issues that made us question how reliable their services would be on our big event date (Sweet 16). Concern got to point where we felt need to switch vendors week and half before event - at full cost (not even a partial refund despite them admitting some missteps). The experience with new vendor was so much smoother - seamless transition and inspired complete confidence in a very short window. We are happy we made the switch; wish we would have found them first, would have saved us some headaches and some money.
