I was visiting from out of town when my brakes went out.and It is a couple of days before the Holiday. I found Phoenix Auto repair and gave them a call. They were able to take in my car immediately, and assess the condition of the brakes. Within hours I received an evaluation and an estimate After a conversation and prioritizing the work, they completed the job before Christmas. I was delighted with the work as well as the courteous Customer service I experienced.

This shop is amazing. I brought my car in with an unknown issue on Monday and drove out on Wednesday. They rushed the job to ensure my family had a vehicle to travel to my mom's place for Thanksgiving. Workwasvery thorough and the video and pictures from the diagnostic were very helpful. Joe is very friendly and helpful, as well!

I moved to Nashville a few months ago, and was nervous about finding a new auto shop or mechanic for my car. My past experiences with mechanics have not been the greatest, so when my check engine light came on in a new city I was extremely apprehensive. This shop was a blessing to me! Very honest, extremely prompt with the estimate, and even more timely with the repairs. They are all very friendly, transparent, and were able to put my mind at ease. They had a loaner vehicle that was available through their shop as well, which took even more stress off my plate. Everything was quickly handled, priced fairly, and done well. I was very lucky to have found this shop. While I hope nothing goes wrong with my car, if something happens, I know exactly where I will be taking it. Nothing but great things to say about this Repair Shop. Thank you to Junior, Joe, John, and all the Jacobs!
