He is communicative, helpful, and made navigating the insurance process stress-free for me. The quality of work was impeccable, and everyone was genuinely kind and professional. What really blew me away was when I had trouble getting to the rental car location and the owner personally stepped in to help. That level of care is incredibly rare. Ricky might be one of the kindest people in the world, and he was so communicative and helpful to us. Having to get a car repaired is just inherently inconvenient and disruptive, but they did so good minimize that and make this a pleasant experience.

This shop did a fantastic job on my car - had it looking better than it did brand new. Every other shop I spoke with in town told me it would be a month before they could even look at my car, but CB got me in immediately and fixed some pretty extensive damage within a few days. It took insurance longer to get back to them about the updated estimate than it did for them to actually fix the car. There is an Enterprise location nearby, and they will shuttle you back and forth when you drop your car off. I worked with Keith - he was incredibly kind and helpful, and kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs body work done, absolute professionals and extremely kind.
