The way the guys up front take time to talk through issues and explain things builds a lot of trust. I had a bit of a mystery going on with my Jeep. They figured it out and then got it repaired quickly. Was pleasantly surprised with the bill as well given I'm sure they spent some time diagnosing.
They didn't ask me to leave a review. They've never told me to buy services I don't need. Those are only two reasons they're the best. They've always been accommodating even with their jam-packed workload. They've stood by every repair they've made (electric windows, battery, misc. repairs). They've given me great insight on some sketchy ways that large auto dealership service shops can operate and inflate prices. They break stuff down in normal terms to help me understand what's up, and that's a whole other skill in itself. They are not in it to make a quick buck, but rather they are in it for the long-run. The guys at Automotive Solutions are the most real, honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable auto pros I've ever been to, and they genuinely care. It is a gift to have them in the neighborhood, but they're worth the drive no matter where you live in Nashville.

I was referred to Automotive Solutions by another mechanic and am so glad I was! I had the best experience. I called yesterday afternoon about a minor issue with my car and they fit me in first thing this morning, fixed my car, and had me on my way in no time-- and didn't even charge me anything. It was a quick job, but I still can't believe they didn't even charge me for labor. And they couldn't have been nicer (to me and to another customer I overheard them talking to while I was there). I will definitely go back if I need anything else done.
