Fantastic is not even the best word!! This is the best moving experience of my life! From the pro packers that are so fast and careful, to the move, I have been stunned at the amazing service we got. This is the best moving company on the planet. They are taught extreme care and courtesy by the owner, old fashioned real customer care, and that’s what you get!! Don’t ever make a move without Phoenix Express!

The Phoenix teams were outstanding. Very professional and respectful. Taking great care in all they did for us. Haven't moved in almost 40 years and this was as seamless as I could have ever imagined. I would recommend them to anyone needing to move or assist in packing too. They are fabulous!

This is our second time using Phoenix Express. We have used them for both in and out of town moves and our experience has been great. Everyone from the office staff to movers have been professional and pleasant. The movers were careful with our household goods and very efficient! In fact, they were so efficient, the time came in under budget! Movers also did a good job putting items back together and just where we wanted them. We won’t hesitate to use them again.

I hired Phoenix to move my daughter’s belongings to a townhome. The crew of three men showed up on time, promptly surveyed the project, and then began working efficiently. They were friendly and professional as they made multiple trips to the truck. The men carefully wrapped and handled the furniture and other items. Once we arrived at the townhouse, the men were just as quick and careful unloading all the items. Nothing was damaged and everything was set in the places we requested. This was a great experience and I highly recommend Phoenix Express.

My husband and I lived on a third floor apartment and we used Phoenix services to load our 26-foot U-haul for an out-of-state move. The company is truly amazing and you will not be disappointed! The team knows exactly what they’re doing when it comes to packing and moving. They are prompt, polite, prepared and efficient! They disassembled all of our furniture and ensured everything we had packed was secured prior to loading it in the truck. If you have had poor experiences in alternative companies (I have), USE PHOENIX! To some, they may cost a little more than another company, but it is well worth it. They genuinely made the entire experience stress-free from the moment I called to schedule. The receptionist/scheduler I spoke with was kind and answered all of my questions. I was always able to get in touch with the office for last minute questions. The owner I spoke with isn’t trying to “sell you”. He knew my budget and I got the services I needed. Every raving review about Phoenix is true!! They are awesome!
