You can tell this is a family-run business by how well they treat their customers. After a lightning strike caused major damage to my house in Dallas, including ruining the new garbage disposal they had installed, the whole crew came out quickly and handled everything with skill and kindness. Not long after they replaced the damaged disposal, I had a problem with one of my toilets (unrelated to the storm), and Javier showed up the same day to repair it. Their fast response and expertise really made a stressful time so much easier. Over the years, they've helped me with all kinds of plumbing problems—from big water leaks to small repairs—in two different homes. I’ve always been happy I chose them. I highly recommend this team in Dallas if you need a plumber you can count on!

really great plumbing service and fair prices. the crew came out to my dallas home and worked hard from midday until after dark to make sure everything was perfect. they fixed up all the old pipes and plumbing issues in my 1940s house, which i'm remodeling. i really appreciate how the team, including luis, spent hours in the crawlspace handling the tough jobs. recently, luis and the team installed a new clean-out valve, cleared out the drain lines, and fixed a faucet drain that another plumber had installed wrong during my bathroom remodel. they explained every step and didn’t leave until everything was working just right. everything was finished in one day, and the cost was better than i expected. i highly recommend this plumbing company for anyone in dallas needing honest and reliable plumbers.

Javier was fantastic—very professional, friendly, and clearly knows his plumbing work! He walked me through everything he was doing, so I always felt informed. After he installed a new 50-gallon hot water heater, he made sure to clean up and also hauled away the old unit. There was a leak coming from the thermostat, which Javier said was pretty unusual in his long plumbing career. He gave me a couple of choices: I could just replace the faulty thermostat or go ahead and switch out the whole water heater. Since my old tank was already past its warranty, I decided on a full replacement. This was my first time using this plumbing company in Dallas, but I’ll definitely reach out to them again if I need any plumbing help. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable plumbers!

Javier did an outstanding job fixing our plumbing issue. He was polite, friendly, and took the time to listen to all my concerns about our pipes and leaks.
