It was good but, the nurse assisting the doctor was rude. She used acronyms that I was not familiar with and would not explain what they were. She was not mindful of me as a patient. She told me I can go out the way I came in. I have trouble with walking and she did not care. I could have fallen

The environment here is wonderful! The staff was friendly, smiling, and genuinely seemed happy to be at work—which I truly appreciate. The doctors and nurses were attentive, eager to help, and asked thoughtful questions. They listened carefully, and we had great conversations. Overall, this is one of the best dermatologist offices I’ve ever visited, and I’d highly recommend It!

I came to Phoenix Skin for an earlobe repair and had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Madden. The procedure was priced very reasonably, and she did an amazing job! She really listened to what I wanted and addressed all of my concerns. One of my earlobes didn’t heal as expected at first, but she was always available if I called or texted and always had a solution for me. She took such great care of me until everything healed beautifully. On top of being so talented, she’s super nice and just beautiful inside and out. Thank you, Dr. Madden!
