I dropped my Pixel 8 Pro and damaged the digitizer, but the team at Phone Craft couldn't have been more helpful. They were super clear about repair expectations and costs from the get go. They were busy that morning, so I had to wait about 3 hours, but I really appreciated that they told me that upfront. Since I got a new screen, the fingerprint sensor had to be recalibrated; again, they communicated this clearly and even showed me exactly how to do it. The service was pleasant, polite, and professional. I’d happily use Phone Craft again—though hopefully, I’m not daft enough to break my phone a second time!
