Jamie was SUPER HELPFUL and COMPLETELY HONEST with me today. I went in to get my back glass repaired on my old iPhone. He gave me a price, I agreed to the price. I mentioned in passing that I was just trading it in and I just needed it fixed. He asked who I was trading it in with, which I told him. He informed me that the particular carrier that I was trading it into, didn’t matter if the back glass was broken or not. Only the front. He could have taken my money, He didn’t. He could have not said a word, but he did. Honest people are harder and harder to come by these days. I really appreciate the transparency from Jamie and the staff at Phone Doctors.
