Save your money and time to see a professional technician. I came in for a simple fix and came out with a device more broken. My phone doesn’t connect to the WiFi and it’s shutting off on its own and it has a slow touch response. These issues weren’t present before the repair. I called to try and speak about the issues I’m dealing with, they were rude saying this has nothing to do with them and that all they did was replace the screen. Every smart phone has a wifi antenna and if it’s not seated back carefully or may have been tore which may be the reason why my phone doesn’t connect the wifi. If the new screen is very poor quality or screw is loose or placed wrong then this will cause my phone to shut down. So yes All of these problems can be caused with a simple screen repair. It’s a red flag that it took 20 mins to repair the screen cause it should typically take about an hour or two with extra care. I saw the great reviews/prices which is why I came in for a screen replacement but regretted it instantly.
