I went to fix my phone several phone store nobody want to fix but this place they fix they are there over 12 years and never ask review but I am very appreciated this place I recommend to all my friends and family

I recently bought an Apple watch which was open-box and overstock from this store. The watch was brand new, never used, with genuine accessories. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and even provided a warranty for extra peace of mind. They also gave me a free screen protector. I’m happy they let me choose the band myself; it's generic and I like it very much. The best part is the price was less than Amazon and eBay. Great value for money and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

One lie after another. I was told the watch was NEW - open box. Never used , never paired. He also told me that if I had any issues with it I could bring it back to him under warranty. Well an hour later I found out the battery health was not at 100% (meaning it’s used) and when I called him he told me he never said anything about warranty and denied return. He said he was willing to exchange it for a watch in an even worse condition. He also told me that I should feel lucky that I got what I got because it could’ve been worse. There was a handful of other lies he spewed out over the phone which are not worth even mentioning. Also, I handed them an extra $20 at the store on accident and when I asked for it back, they told me multiple times that I never gave it and that maybe I dropped it on the floor and someone else picked it up. Just didn’t want to cause a scene so I left it. Generic/fake accessories. False advertising. To be fair, the watch works fine and was in decent condition. But it’s NOT NEW. Just a very unpleasant and dishonest transaction. He’s not a rude guy but his business ethic is horrible. Would avoid if I could. Better places to spend your money out there.
