My daughter and I visited Phones 101 Fix in late December 2025 with 4 phones. We had a new phone each, and we were giving our old phones to our partners. The owner cleaned the old phones up, and put new front-screen and rear-camera protectors on all four phones very quickly. Everything was perfect, and the price was great. And an update: I changed the outer cover on my phone last night, and somehow managed to lever the camera protector off in the process. So I went back to Phones 101 this morning and asked the very lovely owner if he could fix/replace it. He fixed it immediately and then refused payment. Considering it was entirely my fault for not being careful, that was really generous. This shop is great. Do yourselves a favour and choose Phones 101 Fix. Thanks very much, Phones 101 Fix! You're our go-to.

My iPhone got water damage on my kayak - someone recommended 101 fix as a more affordable cost . Not only did the guy fix it on the same day but also suggested a water proof bag which they had on offer . Fixed my phone , improved my Kayaking experience & good pride . Highly recommend.

Very fast service, came to my apartment in under two hours and had it back two hours later. Impressive because I had a lot to do, back camera glass, chargig port and battery. Total $300 great price! There was one issue when I got the device back the power button was stuck. I contacted Sam and he fixed it the next day for free since it wasn't like that before. Overall super happy with the experience and I would definitely recommend the business. Ill be telling my relatives to get their phones fixed here when they come to visit.
