We worked with Photo Booth CINCY for my mom’s 60th birthday party and they were such a delight to work with!! They made the process so easy. The attendant at the event was so kind and encouraging to help people get pictures taken! We’re so glad we used this company and highly recommend!
I have never written a negative review in my life, but this experience was upsetting enough that I feel obligated to warn others. Every year I host a Christmas party for my staff of approximately 150 employees, and we invite their families so the kids can skate, see Santa, and enjoy the event. I hired Photo Booth Cincy, a company I had successfully used in prior years. This year, we had a small snow event, but the party went on as planned — all vendors showed up, including caterers, Santa, bouncy house staff, and our employees and families. Unfortunately, Photo Booth Cincy did not show up, and even worse, they did not call, text, or communicate in any way. We were left waiting and wondering if they were coming, while trying to manage a large event. When I politely requested a refund, I was only offered 50% back, with the explanation that they do not provide refunds for weather cancellations. The issue is: I did not cancel due to weather — they did. They simply didn’t show up and didn’t notify us. Mistakes and weather issues happen. But the lack of communication and the refusal to issue a full refund for a service that was never provided is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company, especially for important events where reliability and communication matter.
They did our wedding and it was so sweet!? I didn't realize we got a book filled with the pictures and kind words as well? What a kind addition. Everyone adored the photo booth and printed pictures. The lady who worked the booth was considerate of our schedule as well, making sure we got pictures as the bride and groom before she packed up. Really a wonderful addition to our event, comes highly recommended.
Scheduled photo booth cincy for our annual company dinner and it was a huge hit! The quality of the pictures turned out great, the prop selection was wonderful, and just overall planning was such a breeze. The company reached out right away after booking and made sure we got all the detail taken care of from time of arrival all the way down to the custom artwork on the photo strips. We will use them for all future events!
We booked Photo Booth Cincy for our wedding, and our guests loved it!! We opted for the open air booth and it was perfect for us/our venue. The attendant was friendly and efficient. We love our photo album that doubled as a guest book. It is so fun to look at everyone’s photo strips, and the digital gallery is wonderful too. They include individual pictures, so you can share them each, or as the whole strip. It was the perfect addition to our perfect day!!
