I brought original family letters and photos to have them scanned. If you are looking for excellent quality, done with care, Photo Darkroom is the only place to go. My scanned copies are more crisp and clear than the original. So easy now to take on some research. Not knowing what I may need in the future, owners, Bob and Susan made sure my order was produced as I requested and added much more. The quality and service is the best!

I took my Canon DSLR here to get fixed and it was a beyond HORRIBLE experience. They lost my lens and external flash and removed the metal piece in my camera body’s memory card causing memory cards to not fit or stay in the slot which made my camera unusable. So I took my camera to get fixed and not only did it not get fixed but I didn’t get my lens and external flash back and my camera body doesn’t work. I no longer have a camera, lens and external flash because of them. Not only this but the owner, Al, chewed me out, blamed everything on me, was extremely unprofessional and then ghosted me. I should also mentioned that he never contacted me or returned my calls and was impossible to get ahold of before he ghosted me. IF YOU WANT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT BACK AND WORKING, DON’T TAKE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT HERE. Also, Photo Darkroom had a lot more reviews before and they were mostly negative and had similar experiences as me. Seems sketchy that they are missing now.

Such a great place to get your film developed. They are also very fair here. I had an issue where some of my shots for some reason were not in the film, and i got charged less since I only had like 6 photos. Always super helpful when you don't understand something.

I loved this shop.
I am fortunate to own over 50 very antique tintypes in my family photo collection. They are from the mid-19th century and I was completely lost on how I might have these scanned to digital (I am able to transfer a lot of types of media, but not these). The team here transferred them quickly and without issue. I let them take their time and I had a call back to pick up within a few days.
Shop was easy to find and right off the highway.
Digital file pickup was easy. And best of all, all of my original tin types looked like they hadn’t even been touched, reset into their homes in the album perfectly.
Thank you all for taking such good care of my family history!
