Wow. Surprised they're still in business. Their owner Brett Weiss never takes the blame or apologizes for anything. With that kind of customer service I am really surprised that they still have any type of clientele. I cannot tell you how poorly this man runs his business. Unprofessional on every level. I would really investigate other businesses because they're really a dime a dozen in this industry. Certainly you should be able to find somebody who is professional quick, accurate in what they promise, and won't attack you on social media.
My wife brought in a job I thought was impossible. However, Rose knew exactly what to do. It turned out great! Thank you Rose and Scan Diego!
About a year ago, we had my parent's old movies and pictures scanned and put on a flash drive. The results are amazing on our big screen TV. We really appreciated the service and good work.
