I don’t write reviews too often but I think exceptional customer service and quality work shouldn’t go unnoticed. I needed a digital print and framing for a funeral and I was obviously on a short timeline. I sent an email to the shop and got a call back within 5 minutes of them receiving my message. I spoke to Dave who let me know he’d have it handled, they’d make the time and get it done when I needed it (i.e. in 4 days). Better yet, they had it done in 3 days and the print + framing looks spectacular. Thanks to the team at Photoworks, and especially Dave, for making a terrible life event just a little bit easier, I truly appreciate it!

Would not recommend for their framing services. Came here to get a photo printed and framed with one of their custom frames. For the price you pay, the service is very lacking. For the photo printing, you email a copy of the photo and they show you what the photo will look like, and you go over the sizing. I was told the photo quality was great and on the computer it looked like the resolution was good especially for an iphone photo. They notify you when the photo is done and then you return to discuss which frame, mat size, and type of glass you want. The photo was extremely pixelated. I'm not sure how that didn't even raise any questions for them. Luckily, I inquired about it and they reprinted the photo after checking the photo quality again. When I went to pick up the frame, they showed me a package that had the right frame but wrong photo! It was a portrait of someone else, most likely someone's grandmother. I told them that's definitely not my photo and they apologized and said they'd try to figure out what happened. Went back a third time to finally pick up the frame and photo. Frame is right, photo is correct, but there's specks of dust under the glass and the mat has a couple smudges... And they framed the photo in a way that you cannot take it apart... At this point I'm not going back a fourth time. Having paid close to $300 for this I'm very disappointed in their service. To say their attention to detail is lacking is an understatement.

Highly recommend! I drove up from San Jose to have some paintings framed by them. It was important to me to go to a locally owned business. The man helping me took his time to show me my options within my budget and when requested gave his opinion which was very helpful. He ended up being the owner of the shop. I was told they would be done in about 3 weeks and they were. When I picked them up they were packaged very lovingly and someone helped carry them to my car. The frames are beautiful with the paintings and exactly what I wanted. They were reasonably priced, good quality, and efficient. I know they typically do photos but they did a superb job with framing my paintings and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Photogenic shop and lab for film photographers. The wait in line took about 10 minutes, but wasn't too bad because there were eye-pleasing displays of film, frames, and photos. When I stopped by for the first time, I received a welcome pack, which included a stamp card and information about Photoworks. Service was great, prices were fair, and they return your negatives unlike Walgreens or CVS. Also, make sure to take advantage of the student discount if you're eligible and follow them on Instagram for events.
