Her expertise and personality was a winning pair from support and turning my "I can't do that" to "yea, we can do that this week!" I’m a medical student and due to this, my mind is my greatest asset. Unfortunately, I hurt my shoulder years ago and this caused debilitating headaches as a result of muscle tightness. I was left unable to study, exercise, and do fun activities with loved ones. I tried chiropractors, massages, stretches, etc. and nothing brought me relief until I visited PT associates. At PT associates, I had Dr. Kenny Young who took time to properly evaluate my injury, work out a mechanism, and create a plan to get me back to health. After knee surgery I chose P.T. at Physical Therapy Assoc in Lubbock. The capable staff assisted me with the corrective therapeutic execise needed to restore normal function and quiet pain in my leg. Today my balance is better, I have not fallen, and the pain is gone. They explained the reason for each exercise and what results I could expect. Terrific staff and great place.

I started my journey of recovery with Physical Therapy Associates at the beginning of February and have had nothing but success throughout my recovery process. When I originally came in due to shoulder labrum surgery, I had very little flexibility. I am now able to build back into my workouts in the gym and am back to my daily activities from my progress gained from Physical Therapy Associates. Lex has been a huge help in my journey of recovery as well as the other therapist’s by going the extra mile and focusing on all the little things that matter most regarding my shoulder, movement, and strength. I would highly recommend Physical Therapy Associates to anyone looking for the best therapist's in Lubbock!
