Michael was extremely helpful rehabbing my hip after a labrum repair surgery. I was having trouble squatting 135lbs with major instability in my hip/back when I first started with him. Within a couple months I was back to squatting 315 without major pain. It was good to work 1 on 1 with someone who actually works out and lifts weights. Will definitely return to him in the future as needed.

Dealt with plantar fasciitis for over a year and could barely walk when I had bad flare ups. Worked with Michael and after dry needling and guidance on my exercise routine I’m back to dance class, hiking, and walking my dog without my foot hurting. Couldn’t be happier with my results and highly recommend him to anyone that wants to stay active.

The shoulder is still holding up as I get heavier with bench and overhead press. I’m beyond the weight I was at on both lifts when I stopped because of the pain. Shoulder program paid off. Thanks.

Micheal is a top tier physical therapist! I’ve had drastic results in less than 5 weeks of working his program. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Henry! From my very first visit, he made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and created a personalized plan that truly worked!! His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made all the difference in my recovery. I’m now moving and feeling better than I have in years! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a physical therapist who truly goes above and beyond.

This is my second time working with Dr. Henry. The first time was for a wrist issue that was interfering with my job as an Air Force aircraft mechanic and also making it hard to lift weights. He gave me a clear plan to manage the pain, keep training, and actually let it heal without losing fitness. Most recently, I came back for a hip injury. It was starting to limit me in the gym and mess with my day-to-day life. Once again, Dr. Henry gave me a solid plan to reduce the pain, stay active, and continue building fitness instead of falling behind. If you're trying to stay active and not just "rest and hope", he's the guy to see.
