Truly grateful for this place. From the moment I walked in, Ashley, who completed my intake process was the only person in a string of doctors and nurses who truly listened to me and validated the issues I was having. A 24/7 headache that left me feeling helpless and endlessly frustrated was alleviated by the most helpful physical therapists. I couldn’t be more grateful. I appreciated getting to work with every staff member they had available as they all had different approaches and exercises to help me. Ellie was truly a joy to talk to and she really makes you feel human. Michael is an extreme professional and he’s always willing to try new exercises and truly is passionate about his work. Harvey is also a joy to work with and he always greets you with a smile. Also worked with a new girl who I could tell has so much passion for this type of therapy. This place truly saved me from weeks of hopelessness and gave me a new lease on life
From the moment I walked into Physical Therapy Specialists I felt at ease and welcomed.. professional courteous staff greeted me.. I was then evaluated by Mikey, my physical therapist.. he was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough explaining my plan of care. At each therapy appointment Mikey guides and encourages every step of the way.. I’ve also observed the other therapists and they are also engaging in the same manner. I highly recommend this therapy group.
Life changing, truly! I've had issues for many years with my neck and back. I'd pretty much written it off to just get progressively worse and do what I can to slow it down. I didn't want medicine, so my doc suggested therapy. I figured I'd try, maybe it might help? Wow! Little did I know just how much it would! I feel immensely better and am inspired to keep it up at home. I feel stronger in my core and extremities than I have in years. From the front desk (thanks, Michelle!), to the 1st visit, to each session, you'll get the absolute best care. I saw each employee consistently perform professionally and kindly while getting the best out of their patients. Special thanks to my therapist Dylan - I truly am now not afraid of being able to walk in 20 years, all because of your caring torture! If I ever need PT again, you'll see me back!
Everyone here is amazing! Each therapist really takes the time to note the changes your body goes through as you are progressing through the treatment of your injury. They have pushed me very hard in each therapy session. I highly recommend them.I have been fortunate enough to work with Mike and Dylan. Each of them is great and has made me feel more confident with getting my body back to feeling like new.
The congenial and professional atmosphere is evident as soon as you walk in the clinic door. The front desk staff are consistently friendly and professional. The clinic operates efficiently; I have never waited more than a few minutes to be escorted into the back area. The rehabilitation area is well-equipped and impeccably clean and organized. Cleaning and sanitizing the tables and equipment is done before and after each patient. All of the staff members appear knowledgeable and totally focused on their clients. I have been working with Mike D’Amelio for the last month and couldn’t be any more pleased with the results. My headaches are completely gone and my range of motion has increased considerably. I have been especially impressed with Mike’s hands-on skills and his ability to quickly identify and target my trigger points and source of pain. After driving to the facility, my neck is usually stiff and achy. After the forty-five minute session, I am virtually pain free and much more flexible. I highly recommend Physical Therapy Specialists.
