I had an urgent visit for something that’s been going on for a couple of days and made a very last minute to go ahead and get in line online at about 9:00 or so the night before. I was scheduled to be seen at 8:15 am the next morning and I was taken back on time. Because I already had a suspicion of what my issue was, it was fast. I had my vitals taken, two tests done, a prescription written, and walked out not even 40 minutes after they opened. For those of you who go to the doctor fairly often know that 40 minutes is a short wait time. The staff was very friendly and very efficient.

First time customer, my son was sick. The walk in experience was so easy. Paperwork and the visit completed in under 30 minutes. Much better than sitting in the waiting room all day. Thank you!

The staff is excellent. They are actually humans built with empathy . That’s hard to find right off the rip. They actually listen to. The doctors are great . Fast service and accurate so far. The only place I’ll go when I’m here . I live in Florida so when I visit family in Tn this where I’ll always run too for the proper care . Thank yall so much

No one in the waiting room was a plus. Still had to wait over 20 min to be called back though (past appointment time). The NP was very nice but kept asking if my son had a temperature. (He was never checked at the visit) Unfortunately the front desk lady did not know how to input our insurance correctly and now we have a mess with dealing with the company’s billing to get reimbursed. We are out $150 now until they can get it corrected which they said can be 3-4 weeks. We’ve never had an issue with other medical providers and our insurance. I chose this location because of the high ratings but I would not recommend. If we are in the area again and need care, we will go elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve already contacted corporate and I am going to copy and paste exactly what I sent them. I went to the Urgent Team location in Chattanooga (Northshore). My visit was absolutely ridiculous. I went over after I got off work for a simple urine culture because of a UTI. There were ZERO patients in the building. I waited forever to get brought back, then I waited another 20 minutes for the NP, Noel, to come tell me my results. We spoke briefly and I told her I go to Walmart pharmacy and they were about to close. However, when I first walked in I would have had enough time to make it to my pharmacy, but they had no urgency or care. She told me she could send it right across the street to Publix, so I said that was fine. I proceed to go to Publix and waited 15 mins because they had not received the prescription. I tried calling the clinic back and nobody picked up the phone, so I had to instead drive back over there. Once I got there, the lobby was empty and I had to wait for close to 5 mins for someone to come to the desk. Coms to find out my prescription was sent to Walmart pharmacy, which was closed. (AND she had just told me she would send it to Publix since they were about to close) I went back to Publix and they could not transfer my insurance since Walmart was closed, so instead I had to pay for the medicine if I didn’t want to wait until tomorrow for Walmart to open. Instead of a 30 minute visit to the urgent care with zero patients, half my night was waisted after being at work all day. This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had receiving care. I am beyond pissed to say the least and I will never visit this clinic or recommend it to anyone.
