Woke up this morning and this lingering cough and sinus congestion had gotten worse. Made my appointment immediately and checked in on the way. When I arrived I was first on the list and within 5 minutes thy got me back. Was in and out after a shot and a prescription in only 20 minutes. Fastest trip to a doctor in my life. Highly recommend!

Sarah the doctor and Connie her assistant are exceptional in their field. I was treated with care and even learned more about my issues. I will only go there in the future

Called ahead of time to see if they could squeeze me in before they closed. I arrived right on time and was asked if I could come back the next day. Majority of staff was very helpful and more than happy to assist my needs, while some rolled their eyes and called me ridiculous. Argued with me over being seen for 5 minutes in the lobby while I asked if they knew of other clinics open/ ones that could see me. The night doctor eventually came up front and excused the other’s behavior and took me back. Very unprofessional from particularly the blonde tech (don’t know her position but the only blonde that night).

Faster than any place I’ve ever been for urgent care and totally thorough. Super nice staff! Great experience Chose this urgent care bc it was close to the hotel we were staying at in downtown chattanooga. Staff was friendly and I was called back immediately. Very thorough but not a minute was wasted. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and that included giving a urine sample and walking out with a new prescription of antibiotics. I’ve never had such a perfect experience at any urgent care.

I was in Chattanooga for a wedding when I woke at 3:30AM with what felt like a knife in my lower back. Google helped me find out it may be kidney stones. I was able to select this AFC based on other reviews and showed up at 9AM for a check up. PA Rachael and Nurse Starla took good care of me through the check up and with meds administered at the office. Getting prescriptions fill was a bit of a challenge as it was Sunday before Labor Day. If I had the opportunity to need care again, I would return. The photo is from their website.
