We have been genuinely appreciative and impressed by the physicians and staff at Chattanooga Children’s Clinic on the Northshore. Their level of care and compassion is unparalleled.

My complaint (and this goes for all locations) is against the office manager: you have to fill out paperwork EVERY TIME YOU VISIT. Doesn't matter if your child's been seen at this practice for years and you haven't had any changes in address, phone, insurance, etc. The office staff however are wonderful and deserve 5 stars. I will always go this location over Spring Creek (see my review on that location).
