My visit to Piccadilly Club was disappointing overall due to the behaviour of some staff Latisha Asian looking girl during busy weekend hours. There were moments where customers were being encouraged to go elsewhere, which felt unprofessional and affected the atmosphere. While the venue itself is decent, the overall experience didn’t feel as welcoming or consistent as expected. I hope management looks into improving service and customer experience going forward.
