Picture perfect Photo Booth rental

Great service! We have used Picture Perfect Photobooth twice already and we can't wait for our next party to hire them again! Edith is fantastic, communication is always fast, and the props selections so cute! we love the spanish props!!!!

I would 10/10 recommend Picture perfect Photobooth rental. Props were super cute, booth was super easy to use, communication was great. They came to set up and break down even when my event ended sooner that expected. I will definitely be booking with Picture perfect Photobooth rental for my next event! ❤️

My email; According to our contract an attendant was to be present for the entire duration of the event. However, this was not the case. Shortly after the start of the event, the attendant left the venue. She stated that she would be gone for approximately 30 minutes, but unfortunately, she did not return before the event concluded. Additionally, the photo printer stopped working partway through the event. This was unable to be resolved as no one was there to fix the issue. As a result, the photobooth was left unattended for a significant portion of the event, which directly contradicts what was promised and outlined in our agreement. Additionally, without an attendant present and with the printer malfunctioning, many of the children were unable to receive their photo strips. This was especially disappointing, as the photobooth was a highlight of the evening and an experience many of the children were excited about. The lack of photos took away from the magic of the event for them. It was also promised to me that all copies of the photos would be printed and delivered yesterday, yet this did not happen. We are very disappointed with how these issues were handled and the impact they had on our event. Response to me - I was personally the attendant on-site and did inform you that I needed to step away briefly, with the intention of returning within approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, due to extremely dense fog and unexpected traffic conditions in the rural mountain area, my return was delayed longer than anticipated. I recognize that this resulted in the booth being unattended for part of the event, and I understand your frustration. Regarding the printer, the event took place outdoors in approximately 40-degree temperatures. Despite our best efforts, the cold conditions caused the printer ribbon to jam, preventing the printer from processing photos correctly. Once this occurred, the issue could not be resolved on-site without equipment servicing. I also want to acknowledge that the rental agreement you received did not reflect my most updated terms, including the weather-related clause. I take responsibility for that oversight. I also apologize for the delay in delivering the printed photos. I should have communicated more clearly regarding the timeline. I am currently still trying to work out the printer’s ribbon issue, but I do have another printer that is being returned tomorrow, I will complete all remaining prints and personally deliver them to you as soon as possible. No later than Friday. While these circumstances were unintentional, I understand the impact they had on your event. As a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of the inconvenience caused, I would like to offer a partial refund, in addition to ensuring that all photo prints are completed and delivered. You should receive the refund in the next 3-5 business days and a email confirmation as well. These emails were from mid-December. I have emailed following up on the resolutions several times and am being ignored. I do hope she will make this right for the children.

I am so lucky to have come across this photobooth company! From start to finish, they were truly exceptional. Edith was super responsive, incredibly kind, and willing to go above and beyond to bring my exact vision to life. Every detail I asked for was not only met, but exceeded. The package she provided was absolutely amazing, high-quality photos, seamless setup, and a beautifully run experience that all our guests loved. Their professionalism and creativity made the entire process effortless, and working with them genuinely made my event feel elevated and special. I have to share my experience with Picture Perfect! I had hired another Photo Booth that canceled on me about 3 weeks before the Baby Shower. I contacted PP and they responded right away. I did not have a lot of time to learn about their company, but I was so impressed with the communication, professionalism and personal touch they gave to our event. PP arrived in time to set up before event and was ready to go before our guests arrived. PP stayed busy the whole time they were there and provided printed and uploaded pics for our memories. I would recommend using them for any event.
