The staff and owner were friendly and helpful in all aspects of the store. They seem to understand my style and showed me the designers that fit my body, style and budget. Piece on Peace was a comfortable environment, I can’t wait to go back! Their return policies are the same as most boutique anywhere and very reasonable.

Beautiful inventory, but terrible customer service. Because I was unsure about one of the items I was buying earlier this week, I specifically asked the owner about the return policy. She told me I had 2 weeks, with tags and receipt. But when I went to return one item a few days later, she told me there would be a 5% charge to return the $275 item and pointed to a paper on the wall and the bottom of my receipt, neither of which mentions a 5% charge. Had she told me when I asked her about the return policy, I would not have purchased that item, as I clearly indicated I may return it if it didn’t go with the outfit I had in mind. The owner was very unpleasant when I called her on the fact this was never mentioned to me, and had told me 2 days before that I had two weeks to return for a full refund, despite what the paper on the wall says. I was not going to argue with her, so I chose to pay the 5% fee. But she had lost my business, and that of all the friends I’ve been telling about this misleading policy.

My first visit to this store. Christmas shopping for my sister. The owner toured me around suggesting ideas. Remarkable variety of exceptional quality and unique products. Each item feels like it is one of a kind. That is why I bought the three items in these pictures.

My daughter and I were there and we both found many things we would have loved to purchase while we were searching for a birthday present for my Mom...lovely lovely clothing that we had to whizz past because my Mom has everything, candles and soap I believe that she also has enough of, ultra high quality and toxin, etc. free makeup and lotions, and, in the back, we went for an incredible array of mustards from local farmer/producer near lethbridge that we chose from a wide variety of gourmet food stuffs from chocolate to mustard to ... lots of again unique things in her quaint little kitchen. The owner (I believe) was ever so pleasant and very helpful and knowledgable about her high quality, unique and scrumptious merchandise!
