I first became acquainted with Piedmont Craftsmen my freshman year of college in 2009, when my class visited the Annual Craft Fair. From that moment on, I dreamed of one day being part of this organization. Over the years, I’ve returned again and again to admire the work, learn from the artists, and experience the care that goes into every exhibition and event. That long-held dream became a reality in 2025/2026, and I am deeply grateful to now be part of such a respected and longstanding fine craft organization. Piedmont Craftsmen has played an important role in my growth as a maker and as a supporter of craft, and I’m proud of the community it continues to build and sustain.

Piedmont Craftsmen is a great gallery. There is a lot to choose from and it is arranged in a pleasing-to-the eye setup, which is sometimes hard with such great variety. Also, the staff are personable, and let you shop but ready to answer any questions. A great place to find a gift and support local and regional artists!

Whenever we are looking for a special gift, this is where we go, and we are never disappointed! My husband suprised me this Christmas with two of the gorgeous glass apples that we spotted in the window while shopping! They are stunning! Love this place!

Love love love the gallery. All the goods purchased from art, accessories or functional items allow me to express myself in my home or outfits that says uniquely me. My best present for the office was buying everyone a unique coffee mug - it did wonders for keeping mugs clean. The quality is phenomenal as a result of the rigorous of the juried (selection of artists) process. The shop director and assistants are tops. Super helpful and they know the artists portfolios.

I bought a beautiful vest based on a PCI online photo. It was a gift for my brother. What a wonderful choice. The PCI staff who helped me took great pains to gift-wrap and waited for my pick-up which was days later than I had planned. The gift wrapping was lovely. My 81 year old brother has worn it with pride.
