Wonderful day with lots of smiles. We had a 12 year old birthday party group (3 kids and 3 adults which seemed like a good matchup ratio). So much fun and the girls were super excited with their creations. Jason helps along the way if your art is getting a little too far off but also lets you make errors to learn. Love that we can actually use the items for food/drink after creation completion. If you are looking for a activity for late preteen to teen this is highly recommended for a birthday party or get a gift card to gain a new experience.

Beautiful studio and a wonderful experience! Jason was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and funny! We were a group of 10 and you'd forget it was a group class. Jason was everywhere! Giving advice, helping us center, and shape the clay, reassuring everyone how well we are doing, and constantly encouraging us to keep trying again! He is a great teacher and helped me manage my ambitious expectations of making pottery monuments on my first ever pottery throwing experience (btw it was my first time even seeing a ball of clay that close). Rather than feeling frustrated, I left the studio feeling proud that I learned so much about throwing and that I was able to make some wonderful pieces that would inspire me to come back and try again!

Jason hosted a wine and pottery class for my sister's bridal shower/bachelorette party at Pig's Eye Pottery and we had an absolute blast! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. From answering questions prior to booking all the way through the day of our class, Jason was a delight. The class itself was great and Jason's fun, friendly energy made it a fantastic experience! Jason has a remarkable talent for teaching and has perfected a style that is both relaxing/reassuring for the learner while also being fun/lively. Jason played well off the energy of our group, joining in on our jokes and making it feel as though he was a friend sharing the experience with us. Thank you Jason for helping us create unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime memories (and art!).

We highly recommend signing up for a group event class with Jason. He is amazing and able to relate to everyone while teaching us as we used our new pottery skills. We had a blast!
