My 4 year old had her first haircut today and I was so impressed with this salon. My daughter was really nervous but both the person working the front desk and the stylist (Ronnie) were amazing with her and kept her occupied. Plus, her hair turned out great and Ms Ronnie gave her a cute style and some stick on earrings. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience with Ronnie! It was my son’s first hair cut and she was excellent at keeping him calm and entertained. The cut was exactly what I asked for. We will definitely be back!

Have been bringing my son here since he was born. I scheduled an apt for 2:30pm today.. picked my children up from school to make the apt - my 8 month old daughter threw up as I was getting her in the car and had to clean it up. I called this location twice to let them know I was running slightly behind.. no one answered. I left a voicemail the second time. I arrive 9 minutes late and she turned my son away. Stating they were completely booked. I politely asked if there was anyway they could squeeze us in and she rudely told me that i was beyond the 10 min grace period ——— pointing out when I arrived it was 9 minutes!!!! 1.) The girl wasnt nice at all. 2.) Would not even try to accomodate us - I was extremely flustered as my 8 month old needed a bottle and was pushing a stroller trying to walk my son in. 3.) Despite there only being one other child in the entire place they couldn’t try to squeeze us in. 4.) no one was there besides a mother/son that walked in directly in front of me — so why cant a phone be answered or you call me back so i dont waste my time driving there from my children’s daycare in Ballantyne**** For a $30 children’s haircut I would recommend going somewhere where the employees can be more friendly & accomodate someone running 9 minutes late - especially when it is dead inside. Or how about just answer a phone call or return the call so I dont waste my time driving there and finding parking in that god-awful parking lot. Response to your comment: I understand that during peak hours it can be challenging to fit in late appointments, but that was not the case here. My appointment was at 2:30 p.m., and there was only one other group in the salon — so the “fully booked” explanation simply doesn’t apply. For a children’s salon, where many parents are managing multiple young kids, I would have expected a bit more understanding. My son just turned three this week, and with family traveling in from out of town, this appointment was meant to be part of a special weekend for him. Instead, his haircut didn’t happen at all. To make matters worse, the stylist was extremely rude. The phone was never answered, and my voicemail was not returned before I made the drive over from my kids’ daycare in Ballantyne. When I arrived, the only employee visible was sitting behind the front desk — not busy, just dismissive. I left the salon in tears. For working parents trying to juggle schedules and little ones, the lack of empathy was honestly shocking. My daughter even missed her bottle feed because of how abruptly we were turned away. After sharing my experience on Instagram, I was contacted by roughly 20 other parents who said they’ve had similarly poor experiences at this same Cotswold location. Unfortunately, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident.

I usually don’t give the reviews but feel like I should give for this one. Went for hair cut for my 2 year girl. Showed the picture for reference, but she messed up everything it’s my baby girl first hair cut. She was in hurry and didn’t see the picture clearly at all. She did the hair cut in 5 minutes.all she did was cut all the hair make her look like boy. When I asked her why you messed up , all she can say is I can’t get it back now. I will Never suggest this one for baby girls. Worst experience ever. I would I could give them negate instead of one.

Excellent job. My son is a wiggle worm and can get scared easily from the noises. The barber was easily able to get him comfortable/distracted before and during the cut. He even gave her a hug before she started. I drove 40 mins to have this done and it was definitely worth the drive. I will be coming back.
