Had a great experience with Carmen today. I found her on IG and was initially drawn to her aesthetic. Then I was drawn to her professionalism; before my appointment she sent a detailed text with parking instructions etc. Upon entering the studio, she was very friendly, quick, and even offered snacks and drinks. I will definitely be returning and happy I found her since I’m new to the city.
I absolutely enjoyed my appointment this morning with Carmen at the StrippedCLT Studio! I’ve had a fair share of wax specialist I’ve gone to since moving to Charlotte and my experience with Carmen was by far the best. From the welcome text with very detailed & clear instructions on parking, accessing the lofts, entering the studio, etc… to the ambiance, cleanliness, & overall aesthetic of the studio, to the service itself and Carmen’s warm, welcoming and professional spirit! 10/10 recommend and Carmen is stuck with me ☺️
Carmen is phenomenal! For my first time, I had a lot of anxiety going into the office, but from the minute you walk in she treats you with the utmost care and understanding. She answered all my questions and is very used to the concerns and feelings of embarrassment. She had a great routine, talking you through the process, prepping the area, applied the nice wax, and told me when she was gonna yank! She communicated clearly and was very thorough, not leaving any area untouched. I can’t say enough good things about Carmen and her care! Exceptional service. I’ve already booked my next visit!
