We absolutely loved our experience at this salon! The team was incredibly professional, warm, and AMAZING with kids. From the moment we walked in, they made our child feel comfortable, relaxed, and even excited about getting a haircut. The stylist was so patient, gentle, and talented—they took their time, paid close attention to every detail, and the final haircut and style turned out perfect. It’s not easy finding a salon that truly understands kids, but this place exceeded all our expectations. The entire experience was stress-free, fun, and positive, and we left with a very happy child and a fantastic haircut. We will 100% be coming back and recommending this salon to other families. Nana did amazing with my 2 year old today! He has a really rough time with getting his hair cut but she had so much patience and cut his hair super fast. She was so supportive the whole time and kept telling him he was doing a good job. Definitely recommend this place. We’ve gotten his haircut with 2 other ladies there as well and everyone does a great job and has so much patience

We’ve been coming here for the past two years and always have a great experience. The haircuts are consistently excellent. My son doesn’t like getting haircuts, and the staff is always incredibly patient with him, which we really appreciate. Erika helped us today and she is such a sweetie! Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience at Pigtails & Crewcuts: Ahwatukee location. The salon is bright, cheerful, and clearly designed with kids in mind — fun decor, and toys and toy chairs to keep little ones entertained. Maria was incredibly patient and friendly, taking the time to explain each step to my child and making the whole process feel like a fun activity. The haircut turned out absolutely adorable — clean, stylish, and exactly what we asked for. What really stood out was the extra care the owner Tanu, and stylists Nana and Maria took to make it a positive experience. This was our first time being there and I highly recommend this salon to any parent looking for an stress-free, fun, and professional haircut for their child. We’ll definitely be back!

The shop itself is super cute and has a fun, dreamy atmosphere Our kids were excited even before their haircuts started! The staff were amazing, really attentive, and did a great job bringing out what the kids wanted while cutting their hair with care. We’re so glad we came here. Definitely coming back！
