Not accommodating at all. It’s unfortunate that this is a kids salon and they are less accommodating than others. I called to let them know we were six minutes away and the girl that answered the phone said that there was a 10 minute grace period, But could not actually tell me whether or not there is a notification to customer about this 10 minute grace period informing clients after booking a hair appointment. I will never be go back.
