This place repackages cheaper items in-store. I tried to return a product which was misrepresented as a completely different color and the cashier refused to provide a refund because of their no-return policy. There should be an exception when they’re doing illegitimate business by reusing the packaging for a completely different product. Very deceptive and a waste of my $50! There is no reason for greed and duplicity at this level A no return policy based on covid is outdated and miserly. Take your business to USA BEAUTY OUTLET II to prevent these issues
