They have good pizza dough! However, wish they would offer a pan pizza too. We go to Pigzza often for the large patio, almost guaranteed parking and easygoing ambiance. It’s an Italian-ish restaurant with a barbecue flair since it’s the same owner as Pig Floyd’s right down the street.
This was a very cute little restaurant in a prime location. Restaurant was very clean and the theming was adorable. That is all I can say good. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. We were sat a good 15 minutes and nobody had even came to our table to greet us. We had to look around and ask somebody to help us. The food did not take long to come out, but it was awful. I ordered the half Caesar salad And took two bites and gave it to my husband who also took two bites and said it was disgusting. It was lettuce and a couple croutons with some salt and pepper on it. It was foul! I also ordered buttered noodles from the kids menu. The butter tasted cheap and greasy. Another child in our party ordered the same noodles and absolutely refused to touch them. My son got burnt brown chicken fingers and fries. My husband got pesto wings. Those were so bad. The flavor was awful. We took them home and tried to give them to our dogs, and her dogs were refused to eat them. Our server brought us the equivalent of 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and a small dish for the whole table to share, and there were five of us. She never refilled our drinks, when she would drop stuff off, it would be a half hour before we would see her again and we had to hunt her down for that. The restaurant was not busy at all so we didn’t see any reason for this. We asked at the beginning of our order to be on separate checks and the waitress brought one check set it down and walked away. We had to hunt her down again because she was hanging out with people out in the patio to tell her that we were on separate checks. She brought back separate checks walked away, and we had to hunt her down again to tell her she put the wrong food on each check. The whole experience was absolutely awful. We told the waitress many times that our food was not good and she did nothing. Save yourself the hassle time and money and skip going to this place.
Good food kinda weird comes but delicious. I'm very picky about red sauce, gravy whatever you wanna call it, No complaints here, it's actually pretty good. Pizza is good. Salads are great! Pasta dishes are good, the show stopper is chicken parm. Overall a good meal here. Nice size portion! Kinda pricey but at least it's good quality food!
I had the gnocchi and opted for additional chicken. I wish I would have ordered the pizza instead. The pasta was average, at best, and the add on chicken was dry. The service was good and all the staff were nice. They have free wifi.
This afternoon was our first time here. Ordered a pepperoni pie, spicy sausage rigatoni, and a strawberry basil cocktail. The pizza was probably top 3 I have ever had. The smoky mozz and the sourdough crust were seriously good. The spicy sausage rigatoni was absolutely ridiculous. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the spicy sausage was crispy and delicious. My 2yr old daughter wouldn't stop asking for more. The cocktail was also super refreshing on a hot day. I'm mad at myself for waiting this long to try Pigzza. 100000% coming back.
