Pikes at LaVista Rd location is always beautifully set, with plenty of inventory with an extensive variety that is top of the line quality. Personal are very well informed, available and patient. Zeke and Michael are two employees that comes to mind BUT each of them are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable! 5++stars

My good friend Margot brought me here after years of going on and on about how wonderful this place is. Well I can confirm she speaks the truth, it really is amazing. I was in shock at the collection of plants for sale. I have never seen a large fiddle leaf figs as they had! The whole store and all of the plants were just spectacular. The only complaint I have is that Pikes is not in Houston TX!

Great customer service and plants are always healthy top condition specimens. A bit pricey as a result. Hardware and decorations are steeply priced.

Came here to get a Christmas tree to try and fill my home with some Christmas cheer and was highly UNDERwhelmed when I got home. The customer service in loading it on the car was top notch. Not sure if they trim or prune the trees that they sell as I was not asked. I bought my tree on Saturday it’s now Thursday and my tree is still not up 😫! Zero trimming had been done to the branches around the bottom and therefore would not fit in the holder!!! Bought another holder because I thought my first one was too small, come to find out the branches were so thick at the bottom, it caused the tree not to sit flat...which is still the case! I even had a friend come over on 2 separate days to try and fit the tree in the base and was unsuccessful. I’m a single female so it’s not like I have a saw just randomly laying around the house for this purpose!! I’ve gotten a live tree before from Home Depot, Lowe’s-big box stores and had a better tree-buying experience than I’ve had with Pikes! This was my first time even visiting Pikes and came in because of their awesome reviews and the 34.99 tree.More than likely will not ever get one from here again! This has been a nightmare to deal with! Had to cut the limbs the best I could with a very sharp knife and still was not successful. Will be going in to share my experience with a manager.
