I cannot recommend Pilates on Point highly enough! After an accident left me with a broken L1 vertebra and 2 breaks in my knee, I turned to Pilates in search of recovery. We loved it so much we’ve stayed and now attend classes together at least 3 times a week. We’ve taken classes with Kylie, Anna, Ally & Nikki and each instructor is so knowledgeable, helpful & extremely welcoming. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to join or check out a Pilates studio this is it! I’ve also got a few back issues and each instructor makes sure I am comfortable with the sequence we are doing but also has the knowledge to offer me a variation that my body feels comfortable with.
