Beautiful studio tucked in the foothills. It feels very welcoming, spacious, and everyone is friendly. All the instructors are knowledgeable, offer assistance and know how to modify movement, even for an old guy like me. You will get a great workout

I’ve been coming to this studio since they opened. I had been shopping around for a Pilates studio and this one was an immediate standout. The studio is beautiful and always clean. Every instructor is a professional and genuinely cares about your Pilates journey! I was a newbie to Pilates when I first started and the other students and staff were nothing but welcoming. The classes are all levels but the instructors take the time to work with each person and offer modifications. I have been going to this studio since they first opened and they have made me fall back in love with Pilates. The instructors are patient and very knowledgeable. Sometimes I struggle with movements and they never make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed and will offer a modification that works for me. I’ve taken at least one class from almost every instructor at the studio. Each instructor offers a different style of teaching, but you’re guaranteed to get a great workout no matter who you take a class with.
