Took a pair of jeans in to be shortened and 45 minute's later, they were done. Fantastic service, great quality alteration at a very reasonable price.

Was referred to Pin & Stitch by Shazzam in Toronto after buying my granddaughters formal dress, checked reviews & was confident with going there, after fitting we waited 3 weeks for alterations to be done only to be told she had left the dress at home & we had to make another trip to pick it up, when we arrived my granddaughter tried on her dress only to realise it was too short & the back is shorter than the front, I was so shocked I couldn't even say anything, so we left & spent the rest of the afternoon racing around trying to find a lower heel to accommodate the dress being short, we've found an alternative in a different colour that will kind of work if we cant find the right shoes, but with the formal being a week away we're not liking our chances, we were still charged $170, big mistake was not saying something while I was there, though I was more concerned about trying to fix the situation with the right shoes, it's not like you put the length back...very disappointed!!

Always super helpful. Great customer service. Everyone I’ve needed something done in a rush it’s never an issue and have been able to pick up the next day! Fair prices too.

10/10 would recommend Amy. The quality of her work is amazing and her prices are very reasonable. I had my dress altered and went a bit too tight and there was no hassles coming back and getting it let out within the day. Amy is so lovely and I’ll definitely be going back for future alterations

I had a zipper replaced on a favourite pair of shorts and also had a new pair of shorts. I stupidly took the tags off taken in a couple of sizes.. the prices weren't cheap but were very reasonable and just as cheap as other seamstresses i contacted.. Both jobs were done VERY well, and the lady owner was very friendly and did the jobs in a quick, agreeable manner.. I will definitely go back!
