I’ve never experienced such a horrible cut or should I say shave on my Maltese. No one would have ever shaved a Maltese like this. The person at the front desk trying to make her sound like the cutest thing ever was clearly trying to mask the horrific haircut cut, I had no words, she did not look like the same dog. My poor Maltese has been shaking constantly. My heart hurts to see her like this.
