I brought 8 pairs of pants/skirts to Pinar on a Sunday and by Tuesday morning she texted me that they were done! I just picked up my clothes and every single item fits perfectly and was fairly priced. She even provided some suggestions for jeans that turned out perfect, and she was very sweet and complimentary. I would highly recommend her and will be back! She has a small sign out front, but the entrance is a bit confusing because she shares it with Phoenix Salon so I called her number to figure out where to go in the first time.

I had a great experience with Pinar! She was easy to work with and listened to my concerns about the alterations I needed done to my dress. She finished my alterations very quickly (next day!) and charged a reasonable price. Her business is located in one of the rooms inside the Phenix Salon Suites. Just a heads up that you’ll need a code to get into the building, but you can call her and she’ll happily provide it. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, efficient tailoring!

Pinar is an amazing tailor! I brought her a pair of linen wide-leg pants to bring in for my best friend’s mountain wedding I officiated. Of course I had waited until the last minute to take them to a tailor and was worried there wouldn’t be enough time. Pinar had them ready within 2 days and charged me a very reasonable price that I was happy to pay for her quick, tidy work. I was very pleased with her service and will definitely take any garments I need altered in the future to her. P.S. I don’t have before pics, but here’s how they turned out!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. I gave her brand new jeans to hem and I was so delighted when I got them back within hours that I gave her a tip. When I tried them on to wear, the hem on both legs wouldn't stay down flat and flipped up. Looking at how she hemmed the jeans, she did not actually reconstruct the hem. She just chopped the jeans, folded the edge, and ran an overlock stitch across it. She kept extra denim inside the fold instead of opening the seam, trimming, and resewing. The inside hem doesn’t look clean or polished, so it looks like “quick work" and not finished. I definitely can't wear jeans with the hems flipped up. I'm not sure I really want to take the jeans back to her to fix since this was my first time ever going to her. I see that she has some good reviews so I'm not sure why she did sloppy and unfinished work on mine, but hopefully she will honor a refund and I can take them to someone else to correct.

Pinar is an amazing seamstress and I would highly recommend her work! I brought her a pair of very delicate sheer beaded pants that I needed hemmed. I was nervous about taking them to just anywhere since the beading made it a more complex item to work with, but after reading her reviews I decided to stop by her shop and sure enough, she did a beautiful job, got them done super fast, and charged me a reasonable price. She and her daughter are super sweet. I’ll definitely be returning with other things I need tailored again in the future. Amazing first experience here!
