My friend came there recently and unfortunately had to deal with the tech Christine J. She was EXTREAMLY unprofessional and unfriendly. she dismissed my friend and made her feel horrible about her pet as she was in there and made sure she knew that she had NO clue about any sort of veterinary things. i’ve never met someone so rude and disrespectful and am appalled at the fact that an office can hire someone with such personal issues especially when brought into the work place. this is very sad seeing as it’s a good establishment with great employees. you can tell she tries to run the place. again very saddening seeing this office employes people like her.

I have brought my animals here for awhile now and I have to say hands down they are the best!! I have recommended them to several people the staff here is beyond wonderful,they do not over charge for the services they make it affordable to take care of your fur babies. I can’t say enough about pinion they are absolutely amazing!!!!

Our family is so grateful for the doctors and staff at Pinion Vet Hospital. We’ve taken our dogs there for years, and they have always gone above and beyond for us. Even with a full schedule, they consistently made time to call, check in, and walk us through our dog’s health concerns so we never felt alone or unheard. Today, when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye, they found a way to fit us in at the end of an already long day. Their compassion, patience, and dedication gave our sweet girl a peaceful passing and gave us comfort in one of the hardest moments of our lives. We are deeply thankful for the care they provided, not just today, but every step of the way.
