I had a great experience with Kenzie she was pleasant and very caring! She knew how to help and what I needed to have done. She definitely is good at her job, her love for helping people drives her passion

Not good. I don’t know why he even works there. I thought this place or institution is a very highly standard one but surely very disappointed that a person like him works there. I wouldn’t even give him any star at all. The guy was late and did not even attended to me after 15 minutes. And keep asking me about my insurance which he should really not be the one to be concerned about my insurance. He just ruined my day.

Checked in at the requested time which was way too much lead time for the minimal paperwork to be done. Waited 15 minutes past my scheduled apt time in a small corner of the space right next to the front office where they are actively answering phones and making apts and in front of patients doing physical therapy . It was awkward and uncomfortable not to mention there were only 3 places to sit and more people were waiting than chairs. My PT apt was through however there was a lot of information presented and I had to ask for it to be written down because I couldn’t remember all of it. I was scheduled agin in 2 weeks which I felt was too long for my situation. Time will tell, not super excited to go back but if I get better it will be worth it.

First time meeting him was great. A real down to earth guy who seems committed to getting m back to my active lifestyle. I’m excited to get through this PT and see how I come out on the end.

Great atmosphere, great staff, zero wait time. My therapists, Chris K. and Chris W, were awesome. They knew exactly what I was capable of doing without stressing me mentally, and were supportive and understanding. Thanks everyone!
