No one has compassion for people who can't pay insane prices, offer terrible options, pretend that the only prescription they can offer is steroids

I was very impressed with this place! My dog had a horrible skin infection and I loved how easy it was to set up an appointment online and check the status of his spot in line while being at home. The staff was kind, we were lucky to be in and out. Thank you

Keeping it short, brought my pup in for an ear infection, spent over $200 getting a checkup, then microscope, then medications. The visit went well, staff nice, yet a week out the medicine did not work. I called for alternative options or even medicine refill for her treatment. They wanted me to pay all over again yet said they'll call back still to talk about a solution. Never got the call been over two weeks now. Edit March 27th Thank you for reaching back out and finding the besting options for my furbaby. Truly appreciate the due diligence and genuine support/love to help her feel better.

My dog Cleo was suspected to have a brain tumor that eventually started having seizures and then had to be put to sleep. The whole process and each time I had to come in I was met with such compassion and kindness from the people at the front desk tawny was so sweet to the millions of questions I asked. Same with DR. Mull he answered every question and sometimes twice since my brain wasn’t processing everything. Cat the vet tech made me feel so safe and comforted during my difficult time of what was going on with my pup. She made me feel loved and had complete empathy for me treating me if I was her own loved one. When the time came to having to put my dog to sleep, I was met with gentleness through the whole process and they made it as easy as possible. I’m grateful for how I was taken care of during the worst time of my life loosing my first dog. Thank you for everything

Peak Pet Urgent Care is highly recommended! Dr. Pruyn took significant time to treat both of our girls , she sat down with our girls on the floor and gave a through exam exhibiting true professionalism. She gave us options for treatment that were within our budget and also told us of her availability in the coming days. That meant a lot to both my wife & myself.
