The online check-in was super helpful, especially driving in from Carson City. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. They even provided a water bowl for pup while we waited outside for our turn. Dr. Timmins was gentle and patient with our scared guy and provided thorough care, giving us options of informative care. Thank you, all, for treating Murphy with such love!!

Thank you for such a great experience! Our vet recommend Peak as they were not able to get us in same day. My husband brought my soul dog, Stryker in for what we believed to be a UTI. Wasn’t a UTI and they went above and beyond even past closing time to ensure we had an answer by the time we left. I felt so awful when my husband shared how late they left, as we both assumed it would be a simpler fix. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Stryker is my first dog, and the absolute love of my life, and I so appreciate you guys treating him with such kindness, and giving him all the treats 🤣

We had the best experience with the worst circumstances. We brought our sweet little kitten in because she was sick. The Dr. took a look at her and wanted to do testing. We agreed and once we got the results. The Doctor was very emphatic and very real with us about what was going on with her. We had made the toughest decision to put her down that day and left heart broken. The staff were very sweet and supportive. About a week we received a very sincere letter from peak pet Urgent care sharing their condolences with our loss. To me that is above and beyond expectation. I’ll never forget my experience here. Thank you so much!

Check-in was easy and I love the idea that you let us stay at home until you’re ready for us. Once I arrived, we were put in a room right away. The veterinarian assistant took all her vitals as needed, and got as much information as she could, and very shortly after the doctor came in and assessed her wound. My 15-year-old dog Mia had been bitten by my daughter‘s dog, and she had a large laceration on her rear ankle. Estimate was given to me and care was provided appropriately and very efficiently. I will return to this facility for any of my future pets needs for Urgent Care. Thank you, Peak Pet Urgent Care!

This has been the Second time I've been to your location with my two bengal cats One for each different occasions and you guys have been the best veterinarian I've ever been too! My whole life I've been around animals dogs & cats and every time having to go to the vet has been the most scariest experiences for us and our animals at the time and showing up to those places has been horrible experiences, with mean never carrying people, I do understand we have our days but it's always been the same experience every where in till we made it into Peak pet! Great experiences from the start! The people from the front are super busy and we can all see that BUT!! Damn they're good!! Work fast and super helpful towards any one coming in and leaving that door! Then getting checked into a room off the bat just like our first experience when they check our animals vitals welcoming them into the room they are so great with making the animal feel comfortable and like at home! Super helpful on calming our animals down again just like the first time such great employees! And then veterinarian Jeremy the best in Nevada and when I say that I truly mean that! Never met a such caring, great person to know so much and actually educated people at the same time! Truly a great veterinarian and I would always recommend Peak pet to anyone in Nevada over any animal care place in reno ! Knowledge, experienced , compassion able, and very caring people that are great at what they do!!!
