Do not use this place of jewellery resortation, particularly sentimental jewellery. My mother passed away suddenly and I took her ring and bracelet in to be restored to be able to have her close to me. The ring came back perfect however, they lost my mother’s bracelet. All the communication I got was a text and a $300 voucher offer. No phone call, no follow up texts for an object that was priceless in my eyes. It’s taken me a while to write this as I have been processing all the changes. I’m understanding that mistakes happen, however, this one came at a cost during a horrible time in my life and the way it was handled was very insincere.

Went to Pinnacle Jewellers in the hope of finding a new wedding ring. With the help of Susan, I found a perfect ring after just 2 tries. Susan was helpful and informative. Could not recommend Susan or the staff at Pinnacle Jewellers enough.

Marissa is absolutely amazing !!!! She was so helpful and was able to fix my chain on the spot and the price was so good. She also cleaned all my jewellery and did an amazing jobs d I got a free cupcake which was delicious! Go see Marissa, she’ll look after you x

I had such a great experience here! I came in to buy a cross necklace and was helped by Lolly, she was amazing. It didn’t feel like I was speaking to a salesperson, but someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help me find the right piece. She was kind, patient, and made the whole experience really enjoyable.

Had one of my rings resized and charms soldered to a bracelet. Was very happy with the customer service, the ladies in there are very friendly and helpful. I was given a reasonable timeframe for these repairs and they were actually completed earlier than expected. Would recommend this store for any jewellery needs.
